Lester Aldridge's real estate team has acted for McCarthy & Stone in acquisition of over 400 development sites

Lester Aldridge undertakes land acquisition, planning, infrastructure and other work across England and Wales for McCarthy & Stone and recently completed the 1,000^th instruction for the company related to a site in Cardiff for new assisted living retirement flats. To date, Lester Aldridge has acted for McCarthy & Stone in the acquisition of over 400 development sites.
