Vietnamese Law Firm Phuoc & Partners Joins MSI Global Alliance

Admission of Phuoc & Partners is MSI's second major appointment in East Asia in 2012 following that of Broad & Bright in April

International alliance of law and accounting firms MSI Global Alliance has added further strength to its legal membership in South East Asia through the appointment of Vietnam law firm Phuoc & Partners. 

The admission of the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 listed Vietnamese law firm follows hot on the heels of the appointment of Chinese law firm Broad & Bright in April of this year, and demonstrates MSI’s growing strength and reputation in the emerging markets of the Far East. 

Founded in 2003, Phuoc & Partners has approximately 50 lawyers and legal specialists on staff across three offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi and Da Nang, ensuring that their clients’ legal affairs can be handled efficiently across the country. 

Despite being a relative newcomer to the legal scene in Vietnam, the firm has quickly earned plaudits for its capabilities, particularly in the legal practice areas of corporate and M&A,  tax, real estate and construction, and dispute resolution, and regularly advises on domestic as well as foreign matters. 

Phouc & Partners’ admission to MSI allows the firm to extend its reach to 105 jurisdictions worldwide, putting their domestic clients into the safe hands of trusted and meticulously selected MSI member firms as they evaluate new business investment opportunities outside of Vietnam’s borders. 

The firm is equally well positioned to benefit from referrals from MSI’s membership of foreign law and accounting firms whose clients will be eyeing up Vietnam and China as a place to do business.
