MSI’s Illinois law member Levenfeld Pearlstein was pleased to have represented a local client on the joint venture equity and construction financing of a 44+ story residential tower which will be built at the corner of Madison and Halsted in Chicago’s West Loop.
To secure the deal, Levenfeld Pearlstein’s attorneys Tom Jaros, Abe Trieger and Mark Vaughan advised on the development and construction financing whilst attorneys Michael Tuchman and Mike St. Peter advised on institutional venture financing.
