Isle of Man and e-Gaming: Supporting e-Gaming companies to relocate

The Isle of Man has been attracting e-Gaming companies to set up their business on island for almost 20 years. This initiative was based on the need to develop and diversify the island’s economy and to build on the very successful finance sector. The Isle of Man Government and the private sector have spent time and energy to create a ‘fit for purpose’ regulatory framework for e-Gaming companies to establish and thrive within the island’s economy. UK: Residential Property disposals – CGT to be paid within 30 days

From April 2020, all individuals and trustees must make payment of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) on the disposal of residential property (UK or overseas) within 30 days of completion, rather than the 31 January following the end of the tax year in which the disposal is made.
