5th April 2017
Hot on the heels of the programme's success in November last year, MSI's Melbourne specialist member Blacklaw Advisory and Northern UK accounting member Armstrong Watson will again work together to deliver The Business Improvement Program (The BIP) on 18-19 May 2017 at the luxurious Armathwaite Hall and Spa in Cumbria in Northern England.
The BIP, created by Alec Blacklaw of Blacklaw Advisory, is specifically designed to help owner-managed businesses enjoy improved outcomes. Armstrong Watson recognised the powerful impact this two-day program and helped introduce The BIP to owner managed businesses and family business leaders from across the region. Alec Blacklaw, renowned Business Improvement Specialist, will be joined by internationally acclaimed speakers, including Singapore-based Paul Dunn, a four-times TEDx speaker, and share their knowledge and clarity of insight with delegates eager to learn how they could harness new ways of thinking to improve business performance.
The masterclass presentations run by industry experts in business management and communication, which focus on 9 key success strategies, are supported with rotating CEO sessions where in small groups each delegate takes turns to be the business leader and use the power and knowledge of the team to brainstorm solutions to specific business challenges they face.
Armstrong Watson’s Strategic & Business Development Director, Dave Clarkson, said, “We had seen how influential The BIP was in Australia and the difference it was making to entrepreneurial businesses out there, but we did not realise what an enormous impact this was going to have on all the delegates attending. So much so that words such as ‘awesome’ and ‘life-changing’ have been commonly used in the testimonial feedback which is great to see.”
Armstrong Watson will invite up to 50 of its business clients as well as some prospects to this powerful and practical event which was specifically designed to show clients how to run a truly extraordinary business – one that is more profitable, valuable and enjoyable and that has more options for all stakeholders. With the support of event sponsors and the backing of the local media it is sure to generate the same positive feedback as the last BIP.
