Johnston Withers grows family law team

15th July 2016

Johnston Withers, MSI's Australian law member based in Adelaide is proud to have a strong team of 7 family lawyers with over 80 years experience.

The Adelaide team includes Vanessa Balnaves, Jason Bell, Nic Kernahan and Emma Wilkinson. In their regional offices they have Danielle Funke in Clare, Alex Hosking in Port Augusta and Anne Waddell Smith in Whyalla. All down to earth, realistic and practical – there are very few family law issues this team hasn’t seen before, and sorted out.

So what can you expect when you first see a family lawyer?

  • You can expect to be asked a lot of questions about your personal circumstances. Bear in mind, that process will be quicker and perhaps feel less intrusive, if you are prepared. Here are some tips on what to take to your first meeting.
  • You can expect the opportunity to ask a lot of questions (it is a good idea to bring a list of those questions with you).
  • You can expect to leave the first meeting with a much better understanding of what your options are.

For some clients, one meeting is enough. They simply want to understand their rights. For others, it is the beginning of a supportive, professional relationship. No matter what your purpose, Johnston Withers aim is to equip you to make decisions, with the best information at your disposal.
