MSI's Pennsylvania law member Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein, P.C. is delighted to announce the addition of two new partners to the firm.
Joshua Laff, Esquire, has joined Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein, P.C. and is a member of the Real Estate Transactions Department. Prior to joining Kaplin Stewart, Mr. Laff was a solo practitioner and formerly with Blank Rome and Heritage Building Group. Joshua concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions and has extensive experience in the area of real estate finance including acquisition, construction, leasehold, securitized financing, dispositions of real property, office and retail leasing, and various other complex contractual matters.
Further, Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Stanley (Staś) Majkut, Esquire, to the firm’s Real Estate Transactions Department. Mr. Majkut was formerly with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel. In a prior career, he worked with the Department of Human Services assisting developmentally disabled adults and children in New Jersey. His practice focuses on the representation of sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants, developers and investors in various commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Majkut’s practice involves various real estate assets including office buildings, warehouses, retail shopping centers and malls and other commercial and residential properties. Staś is a member of the PA bar, NJ bar and the Jagiellonian Law Society.
Kaplin Stewart’s practices in a wide range of business law matters, including real estate, land use, construction, employment law, tax law, estates and trusts, corporate law and business planning, and other related areas. We are businesspeople who practice law.
