MSI’s Illinois law member Levenfeld Pearlstein closed a $125 million credit facility for a Chicago based multi-national client with the assistance of various MSI law members, on 23 January 2017.
Levenfeld Pearlstein closed the $125 million credit facility with the help of MSI’s Canadian law member Gardiner Roberts LLP, MSI’s Belgium law member Thales, MSI’s Amsterdam law member Van as Advocaten and MSI’s Spanish law member Pedrosa Lagos.
Lead attorney Michael Tuchman at Levenfeld Pearlstein said, “The assistance of MSI’s law members was notable in how it enabled us to extend our service model seamlessly across borders. The calibre of MSI’s law members was every bit the match of (and responsiveness far exceeded) the local law firms that the international bank had hired in those countries.”
Recognized by The National Law Journal as one of the nation's most innovative mid-sized law firms, Chicago-based Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC provides legal and business counsel to sophisticated clients across a broad range of corporate, tax, real estate and litigation matters.
