MSI Global Alliance admits member firms in Ghana and India

MSI Global Alliance is delighted to welcome its new member firms Atuguba & Associates (Ghana) and Mani Chengappa & Mathur (India) to the association.

Based in Accra, Atuguba & Associates (A&A) joins MSI with three partners. A&A is a well-established law firm practice in Ghana that provides a comprehensive range of legal services. The firm’s wide-ranging client base includes governmental and non-governmental organisations, private individuals, financial and non-financial institutions as well as international clients. Since its foundation in 2006, A&A has grown to become the firm of choice for organisations requiring sustainable, permanent, and practical solutions.

Managing partner of A&A, Raymond Atuguba, says, “At A&A, we clearly understand client needs. We balance all relevant dynamics and apply our legal expertise to solve the myriad of legal challenges clients face and help create opportunities that move each client’s business forward. I am positive that by joining MSI Global Alliance these services will be extended to our clients.”

Also joining MSI is Indian law firm practice Mani Chengappa & Mathur based in Bangalore with four partners. The firm’s lawyers, who combine their expertise and understanding of the law with a deep passion for technology, advise clients of all sizes in India and beyond. Mani Chengappa & Mathur’s practice areas include TMT, dispute resolution, IP, employment law, M&A, private equity/VC, general corporate law as well as privacy and data protection.
