MSI Global Alliance appoints four new member firms

MSI welcome four new members.

MSI Global Alliance (MSI), one of the world’s leading international associations of independent legal and accounting firms, is delighted to welcome four new member firms to the association. The new members comprise two American law firms, a Turkish law firm and an accountancy practice in Pakistan.

Graydon is the largest of the new MSI members with 42 Partners and 120 staff spread across its offices in Cincinnati (Ohio) and Fort Mitchell (Northern Kentucky). A modern, innovative and ambitious firm, Graydon offers a broad range of legal services including expertise in Commercial Law, Business Litigation, Real Estate and Banking. The firm is also committed to ‘making Cincinnati a better place to live’ through an extensive community outreach programme.

Also joining from the US is Colorado law firm, Burns, Figa & Will, P.C. based in the booming economy of Denver. A progressive and diverse practice, Burns, Figa & Will has grown rapidly in recent years and joins MSI with 11 Partners and 35 lawyers. The firm has extensive expertise in Transactional Representation (including business formation, capitalization, M&A, and exchange listings) Litigation, Real Estate, Environmental law, Energy and Utilities sectors, as well as Professional Ethics.

The third legal firm joining MSI is Herdem Attorneys at Law based in Istanbul, Turkey.  Herdem has a particular specialism in aerospace and defence technologies, as well as offering a broad range of investment and corporate commercial services to a worldwide clientele.

The fourth new MSI member is accountancy practice Salman Arshad Chartered Accountants, located in Lahore, Pakistan. A young and ambitious firm, Salman Arshad offers assurance, business advisory and taxation services to a broad client base.
