Two new lawyers join OMC Abogados & Consultores

MSI's Peruvian law member OMC Abogados & Consultores is pleased to introduce two new lawyers to its team of professionals.

OMC Abogados announced the incorporation of two new lawyers to its staff of professionals in order to continue providing quality attention to their clients. Joining the firm are Miss Karina Neciosup and Mr. Jesus Cuba. Both professionals work in more than one practice area due to their strong academic background and work experience.

Miss Karina Neciosup has a wealth of experience in Intellectual Property which includes procedures for trademark registrations, amendatory acts, renewals, cancellations, opposition, nullity, infringement of intellectual property rights. She also acted as a lawyer in the field of Administrative Law, Corporate and Civil Law.

Mr. Jesus Cuba will focus on Patrimonial Civil Law in the firm.  He graduated from San Martin de Porres University Law School and has a master’s degree in Business Law.

Prior to joining OMC Abogados, Cuba has worked in the Directorate of Distinctive Signs of Indecopi, in several law firms and private sector companies where he was responsible for the preparation and analysis of civil, business and labor  contracts; preparation of minutes of shareholders meetings and board meetings, the legal analysis of client documents, monitoring of judicial and administrative procedures.
