Robert Korn Presents ‘Getting to Arbitration’

Robert A. Korn, Esquire, a principal of MSI Global Alliance's Pennsylvania law firm member Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein, was a presenter at a JAMS/American Arbitration Association program on October 31, 2011 in Columbus, Ohio entitled "Managing Your First Arbitration."

Mr. Korn's presentation was titled "Getting to Arbitration." All the presenters are Fellows of the College of Commercial Arbitration. Mr. Korn, while still actively engaged in the practice of construction and surety law, devotes a considerable amount of his time to resolving construction and commercial disputes as a mediator and also serves as an arbitrator of construction and commercial disputes. He also develops cost-saving strategies for clients faced with the prospect of expensive, time-consuming arbitration or litigation.
