NextGen – A leadership programme for the next generation of leaders in the APAC Region

As part of their strategic alliance Global Connect, MSI Global Alliance and DFK International are launching a joint 12-month leadership programme for members in the Asia Pacific region.

Targeted at managers and senior professionals, the NextGen Programme is a strategic blend of virtual sessions, peer collaboration, and a regional in-person conference in Malaysia (March 2027).

The programme helps and supports future leaders with the development of interpersonal skills, strategic thinking and a global network of connections that are needed to succeed in the professional world.
