The firm was founded almost 25 years ago by Maria Elena Chacon Machez CPA and Victor Manuel Nunez Nunez CPA after a long career in the Big Four. Today the firm has offices Santo Domingo Dominican Republic and in Margarita Island Venezuela and  with a total of 5 partners and 42 staff.

In recent years we have developed a strong additional practice in IFRSs, inheritance, international corporate tax strategies, transfer pricing and others.
