Resilience Group was built from two firms that had spent a combined 40 years running Gibraltar structures for international clients — one strong in company services, one strong in trustee and fund administration.

On 1 July 2026, Octopus International Business Services and Rampart Corporate Services merged to form Resilience Group — a single Gibraltar-based, GFSC-regulated platform spanning company services, trustee and foundation work, and fund administration. Two long-standing practices, one combined governance framework, one team.

We provide accounting, payroll and tax support to clients. 

Gibraltar is well placed in the iGaming, Crypto and Fintech space. Resilience can assist with any licence applications via our legal partners.

Resilience Group provides Private and Experienced Investor Fund set ups to raise capital from investors as a collective investment scheme.
