BMB Advisory & Assurance obtains approval for largest financial restructuring case in Saudi Arabia's history

MSI's Saudi Arabian accounting member BMB Advisory & Assurance was successful in the Saudi Arabian Courts to obtain approval for the largest financial restructuring case in the country's history under the relatively newly enacted Bankruptcy Law. The reorganization size is close to $640 million and involved over 6000 debtors for one of the largest contracting companies in the GCC area.
