Bob is the founder and president of GSCo. In this capacity, Bob oversees the firm’s operations, manages business development, and plays a vital role in developing strategy on the firm’s growth, setting policy, and advising clients. Along with his firm-wide responsibilities and practice development activities, Bob maintains client relationships in a broad range of industries, including hospitality, professional services, management companies, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and employee benefit plans.
His expertise includes providing tax planning and specialized consulting to business entities; advising clients on strategies to enhance business profitability and continuity; developing creative financing arrangements to assist clients in growth and expansion; and consulting financially troubled companies on behalf of lenders, creditor committees, and trustees. Bob has also provided testimony in court proceedings on various business matters. Under Bob's leadership, the firm has experienced consistent growth and expanded client service in diversified industries.
