Johan van den Berg
Johan is the Group CEO of Ancorius Group who recently acquired Initium Group and is responsible for the group’s strategy and leads the group’s M&A strategy.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Johan is a seasoned business development leader and chartered accountant with a passion for fiduciary services.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles, serving as the Global Head of Business Development and as the Managing Director of Trustmoore in Luxembourg for more than 12 years.
He has developed and managed international regulated and unregulated structures for multinational corporations, institutional investors, and entrepreneurial families, and has gained expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, and investments. He has also completed leading executive education programs at INSEAD, one of the world’s top business schools.
