International Tax Advisor working with PGA on different international tax matters. Prior to this role I worked for the OECD where I was responsible for the design of many of the rules of Pillar Two, which introduces a global minimum tax as part of the two-pillar solution to address the tax challenges arising from the digitalization and globalization of the economy. Before my position in the OECD, I worked for the Mexican Ministry of Finance where I was responsible for designing and drafting several tax provisions, including many provisions of the BEPS project, and I was a member of the tax treaty negotiating team.
