Kenneth Krock
I have practiced law in Houston, Texas since 1996, in a small three-lawyer firm, midsize firms, and BigLaw. I co-founded Rapp & Krock in 2010 on the idea that relationships (with clients, employees, those who refer us work, and others in our lives) would be the most important measure of our success. If we got that right, everything else would fall into place.
My practice includes litigation involving business disputes, claims against directors and officers, employment litigation, real estate (including developer issues, property management, landlord/tenant matters, and construction claims), bankruptcy-related litigation, and financial institutions claims. I have experience representing parties in litigation in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, and have represented debtors and creditors in proceedings in various bankruptcy courts. I have argued in the Texas Supreme Court as well as state appellate courts and the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. I have also represented parties in arbitrations before the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) (collectively now known as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)), and other arbitration forums.
