In these positions, Ferris not only led the legal team but also managed various legal and compliance matters, gaining extensive expertise in contract negotiation, corporate compliance, and corporate secretarial affairs.
Ferris collaborated closely with senior management and global clients. She understands the importance of merging legal know-how with practical business insights to deliver practical solutions that align seamlessly with business objectives.
Her Corporate Law expertise spans, amongst others, company incorporation, joint venture, funding, capital reduction, corporate restructuring, merger & acquisition, and dissolution of companies. She is also skilled in drafting a variety of contracts and crafting company policies, covering areas like personal data protection, gifts and hospitality, IT, and staff leave policies. Ferris is well-versed in corporate secretarial matters such as drafting circulars for SGX-ST listed companies and routine corporate secretarial work.
