Armstrong Watson expands its team in Glasgow and Leeds
MSI's Northern UK accounting member Armstrong Watson LLP, Accountants, Business and Financial Advisers is delighted to welcome Pamela Coyne (Glasgow office) and Robert Adamson (Leeds office) who have joined the firm in the posts of Restructuring, Recovery & Insolvency Partners.
Pamela Coyne has joined the newly expanded Glasgow office of Armstrong Watson Accountants, Business and Financial Advisers in the post of Restructuring, Recovery & Insolvency Partner.
Pamela was previously a partner with a regional firm, having worked for RSM Tenon, Begbies Traynor, PwC and PKF earlier in her career. She has extensive experience of property, leisure, engineering and the charity sector, as well as personal insolvency.
Mark Ranson, Head of Restructuring, Recovery & Insolvency and a Glasgow office partner, commented, “Our Restructuring, Recovery & Insolvency team has been operational in Glasgow for the last two years and has steadily expanded as new instructions have been received. We identified last year that we needed to appoint an additional partner in Scotland and, following diligent recruitment, are delighted with Pamela’s appointment.
With Pamela’s addition to the team, combined with other strategic recruitment, the service line has now doubled in size in the last three years. This also follows the expansion of our firm in Scotland earlier in February with the acquisition of the Glasgow office of the Haines Watts practice.”
Robert Adamson has joined the Restructuring, Recovery & Insolvency team in the Leeds office of Armstrong Watson Accountants, Business and Financial Advisers in the post of Restructuring, Recovery & Insolvency Partner.

With two established partners in the team we will, with three partners and a very experienced team, have a significant presence in the Yorkshire market.
Robert was previously a partner in the Leeds office of an international firm of chartered accountants. He specialises in business recovery and turnaround and holds in excess of 20 years experience. He has extensive knowledge in corporate restructuring and insolvent company rescue procedures and has acted for a variety of stakeholders.
