MSI's Turkish accounting member CNS Bagimsiz Denetim AS is delighted to announce joining of its new audit partner. Ozan Akar has been appointed as Audit and Assurance Partner and Board Member.
Mr. Akar started his career as an independent auditor in 2005 and joined to Ziraat Bankası as an inspector at the beginning of 2006. After 2 years of experience at Ziraat Bankası he worked for PKF Audit Department for 2,5 years and after that he worked for Deloitte Audit Department for 4 years. While working as an audit manager, he left Deloitte to start his own business up in audit and consultancy area.
Mr. Akar has more than 15 years of experience in independent auditing. He has specialized in IAS/IFRS, US GAAP, banking accounting and management accounting.
Graduated from University of Dokuz Eylül, Department of Business Administration, Ozan Akar has holding the certificates of Independent Auditor both from Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK) and Capital Market Board of Turkey (SPK).
