Corrigan Krause CPAs announces leadership transition
Apathy succeeds Tom Harrison, CPA, CEPA.
Apathy brings over 15 years of experience to his new role. He started his career at Corrigan Krause as an intern in 2008 and quickly impressed leadership with his attention to detail and resilient work ethic. After joining the firm as a full-time associate in 2009, Apathy developed his skills and became a director in 2019, providing tax, assurance and consulting services to his clients.
“I’m honored to take on this new role and contribute to CK’s continued success,” Apathy said. “Any growth I’ve experienced over the years is a direct result of the incredible people I’ve had the privilege to work with. I’m excited to support our talented team as we shape the future of the firm together—driving innovation, delivering for our clients, and making a meaningful impact in the community.”
Harrison shares how excited the entire organization is about Apathy’s promotion when looking forward to the future.
“Aaron has always displayed tremendous leadership traits throughout his time at Corrigan Krause,” Harrison said. “He has been instrumental in developing a culture second to none and guiding less experienced professionals to successful careers.”
After 18 years at President and CEO, Harrison has transitioned to the role of Chief Growth Officer at Corrigan Krause. During his tenure, Harrison helped grow the firm from 28 employees to over 120 and expanded Corrigan Krause to include business services firm DMS Management Solutions and wealth management firm CKE Financial Services LLC to better serve clients.
“It has been an honor and privilege to lead such a wonderful group of people,” Harrison said. “Our firm has been shaped to what it is today by the people who have been part of this organization, the great clients, and tremendous business affiliates. I truly feel all of this has positively impacted me way more than my impact on Corrigan Krause.”
Corrigan Krause is hugely grateful to Harrison for his years of dedicated service and look forward to the continued collaboration between Apathy and Harrison as they grow into their new roles.
