Haysmac appoints new transaction services director
The appointment reflects HaysMac’s continued investment in senior talent as part of its long-term growth strategy, further strengthening its advisory capability and quality of client experience.
Jack brings over ten years’ experience advising private equity investors, corporates and management teams across the full deal cycle. He specialises in buy-side and vendor financial due diligence, SPA advice and deal preparation, with particular expertise in consumer-facing businesses including hospitality, retail, leisure and e-commerce, as well as media, marketing and advertising.
He has worked with a number of the largest European focused private equity houses and is recognised for his ability to support rapid growth businesses seeking to maximise value for management teams and investors.
Prior to joining HaysMac, Jack spent five years in a Big Four Financial Due Diligence team, specialising in the retail and consumer sector and advising corporate and private equity clients on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing engagements.
