haysmacintyre appoints new Managing Partner

MSI's UK founding member firm haysmacintyre is delighted to announce the appointment of Jeremy Beard as the new Managing Partner of the firm (1 July 2019).

Jeremy takes over the role from Ian Cliffe who has led the firm for the past six years, having reached the end of his maximum tenure. Ian will now focus fully on client work, expanding his portfolio within the Creative, Media and Technology sector and leading the firm’s transaction support team. Jeremy has been a partner at haysmacintyre for 24 years after qualifying with haysmacintyre in 1990. He is currently head of the Professional Institutes and Membership Bodies (PIMBs) sector team, advising a range of membership organisations and professional institutes. Jeremy has held a number of management positions within the firm including positions on the Management Board and Supervisory Board and is currently a non-executive director of MSI Global Alliance, haysmacintyre’s international association of accountants and lawyers. He will be joined on the new Management Board by Andrew Broome (Head of Services), Anna Bennett (Head of Operations), Natasha Frangos (Head of Corporate) , Richard Weaver (Head of Not for Profit), and Simon Wilks. Commenting on his appointment, Jeremy Beard said, “I am thrilled to be taking on the role of Managing Partner at such an exciting time for haysmacintyre. Ian has successfully led the firm through a period of unprecedented growth, achieving double-digit growth for the last four years. I intend to build on our achievements, whilst maintaining the exceptionally high standards of service that we provide to our clients.
