Herdem Attorneys At Law advises Golden Falcon Acquisition Corp in major deal

MNG Airlines, a Global Logistics Provider and e-Commerce Enabler, signs Agreement to Go Public on the New York Stock Exchange through a business combination with Golden Falcon Acquisition Corp. MSI's Turkish law member Herdem Attorneys At Law successfully co-advises Golden Falcon Acquisition Corp.

The transaction is expected to have a pro-forma enterprise value of $676 million, assuming minimum gross transaction proceeds of $30 million, implying a 5.8x multiple on LTM Adjusted EBITDA as of 30 September 2022
