MSI's Pennsylvania accounting member Holsinger P.C., with offices in Pittsburgh and Hawaii, has an IQ Accounting division that among other things, offers back office accounting functions.
A company in the telecommunication industry was looking to establish an America’s operation. They needed Holsinger to assist them with the incorporation and running the accounting function of the America’s operation including the establishment of their banking relationship. Holsinger worked with Williams Coulson (MSI) for the incorporation and with a large regional bank with strong international capabilities to establish the banking relationship.
IQ Accounting will utilize Xero Accounting to interface with the client’s other companies to allow for world-wide consolidation. IQ Accounting will handle the deposits, the vendor payments and the US payroll and provide monthly reporting to the worldwide shareholders. Holsinger will handle the tax reporting and their payroll company will handle the US payroll, including direct deposit, tax reporting and compliance.
