Integrum's partner speaks at the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum in Costa Rica
MSI's Guatemala law member Integrum's partner will be a speaker at The ICC Young Arbitration Forum (ICC YAF) conference on 22 February 2017 held in San José, Costa Rica.
The ICC YAF Conference is one of the most renowned events in the arbitration field in Latin America. Edson López, partner at MSI’s Guatemala law member Integrum is delighted to be one of the speakers at this well-known event.
The ICC YAF conference will include debates related to model clauses, pathological arbitration clauses, interpretation and extension of an arbitration clause to non-signatories (third parties), multi-tiered dispute resolution clauses and issues related to their effectiveness, among others.
This conference is followed by The VIII International Arbitration Congress – ICC Costa Rica 2017 conference entitled "Arbitration in Iberoamerica, have we innovated?" held on 23 February 2017 followed by a workshop on 24 February 2017.
