MSI's Philadelphia accounting firm member Isdaner & Company LLC takes on Courtney Tafaro SHRM-CP, as the firm's new Human Resources Director.
As the Human Resources Director, Courtney will lead the firm’s recruitment initiative, coordinate the firm’s performance review and compensation system and create new ideas about benefit programs.
Courtney has over a decade of experience working in the human resources area. Previously to joining the firm, she worked as the Human Resources Manager at a local law firm. She has also worked in this area at local corporations. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University at State College, Pennsylvania, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Courtney has her certification as a Professional in Human Resource, SHRM-CP. In addition, she qualified as a Professional in Human Resource Management from Villanova University, Pennsylvania. She serves on the Board of Young Friends of PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society).
Isdaner & Company, LLC is headquartered in Bala Cynwyd and has an office in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
