Robert A. Korn, esquire of Kaplin Stewart located in Blue Bell, PA, was recently appointed to the American Arbitration Association’s newly formed Master Mediator Panel for construction cases. He is one of five attorneys in Pennsylvania selected to serve on this panel.
The American Arbitration Association formed this Panel to address the requests of its users to provide a panel of experienced mediators capable of resolving large, complex construction disputes.
