MSI's Pennsylvania law member, Kaplin Stewart, is delighted to welcome Andrew W. Moore, Esquire as associate in the real estate transactional and corporate business planning department.
The majority of Mr. Moore’s practice involves acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing transactions. Additionally, he is responsible for review and resolution of title and survey issues and entity formations. Andrew began his legal career as a law clerk for Kaplin Stewart in 2014 while attending Villanova University School of Law.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Moore enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. While on active duty, he served in Iraq, and was promoted meritoriously to the rank of Sergeant. After the Marines, he lived in San Diego where he worked as an international student advisor.
