KG Law Firm acted as Lead Counsel to Frigoglass SAIC in its strategic €10.2 million acquisition of “Provisiona Iberia, S.L.” and “Serlusa Refrigerantes, Lda.” based in Spain and Portugal respectively and operating under the “Interbeverage Services” brand in marketing and servicing of commercial coolers across the Iberian Peninsula.
