Lester Aldridge collaborates with Orpen Franks Solicitors on client acquisition
MSI's UK South Coast law member Lester Aldridge worked in collaboration with MSI's Irish law member Orpen Franks Solicitors on the acquisition by their UK client Ceuta of an Irish sales, marketing and distribution company, Brandshapers.
Lester Aldridge and Orpen Franks Solicitors are delighted to have worked together on this project for their client. The team in Lester Aldridge was led by Susan Cowan working with Edward Adamson. Claire Morgan in Orpen Franks led the Irish end of the project supported by Peter Walsh.
The project had been initiated and referred by Lester Aldridge and the teams worked collaboratively together using their expertise in each jurisdiction across the latter stages of 2016 and early 2017 to bring matters to a satisfactory conclusion for the client.
