Lester Aldridge LLP successfully completes transaction for Herb UK Ltd.
Earlier this year, MSI's UK South Coast law member Lester Aldridge LLP completed a transaction on behalf of its client Herb UK Limited, which acquired the business and assets of its distributor in Australasia.
The transaction was led by Head of Commercial Group, Grant Esterhuizen, with the support of two Australian based MSI members, namely Stuart Wagschall an accountant and tax advisor from Thomas Davis & Co and Craig Munter a corporate lawyer with Makinson d’Apice in Sydney, Australia.
Stuart has also provided assistance with the expansion of Herb UK into New Zealand. Herb UK has continued to be impressed with the level of support that Lester Aldridge LLP has been able to provide through MSI Global Alliance, having used MSI advisors already in the USA, Europe and Australia.
