Ann Lloyd, partner at MSI's Bournemouth law firm Lester Aldridge, has been named in the 2016 Credit 100, a list compiled by Credit Today magazine of the top 100 most influential people in the credit industry.
The list, which was unveiled at the magazine’s recent Credit Summit, is nominated by people in the sector. It honours the leading professionals who have made a positive impact, with a focus on credit risk, collections and debt recovery.
Ann is a partner in Lester Aldridge’s Fast Track team, one of the leading legal debt and asset recovery teams in the UK. Ann has specialised in contentious asset finance and consumer credit matters since qualifying as a solicitor 12 years ago. She deals with satisfactory quality and title disputes, wrongful interference claims and the enforceability of consumer credit agreements on behalf of her clients who include major banks and motor finance companies.
