Meet Kate Holroyd Smith: Connecting MSI members across the EMEA

With a passion for connecting business professionals across multiple geographies, Kate is looking forward to getting to know members and helping them make the most of our global alliance. We caught up with Kate to find out more about her role, her goals for the year ahead, and what she enjoys most about connecting MSI members.

MSI is such a positive business model, connecting lawyers and accountants in different jurisdictions. Helping connect members to grow their businesses as part of the network is very rewarding. 

Tell us a bit about your role at MSI Global Alliance

I am responsible for supporting and growing the MSI membership across EMEA. I love engaging with and connecting business professionals in multiple geographies every day.

What would you like to achieve in the remainder of 2026?

As I am new to MSI, I am keen to meet and get to know every member in the EMEA region before the end of the year.
 

An unexpected place or country your work or life has taken you to?

I hadn’t envisaged visiting Poland this year, but our EMEA conference next year is in Krakow, so I was really delighted to visit on a recce this summer. It’s a fantastic city.

Kate is already meeting members across the region to strengthen relationships and create new opportunities for collaboration. She will also be in attendance at our next International Conference in Singapore.
