Moses & Singer LLP expands trusts and estates practice group
MSI's New York City law member, Moses & Singer LLP, announced Roy Kozupsky as a partner in the firm's Trusts and Estates practice group.
Roy comes from a global law firm where he led the New York City office's Private Client department. He has concentrated his work exclusively in trusts and estates, for over 30 years.
Roy's practice encompasses strategic governance planning for large families and their business enterprises, including private wealth planning in intergenerational wealth transfer planning; philanthropic planning; complex multi-jurisdictional estate; trust and fiduciary accounting litigation; and administration of decedent estates.
Roy is a distinguished member of both the Family Firm Institute and Attorneys for Family Held Enterprises.
