“Howard brings a rare combination of technical excellence, commercial insight, and practical judgment to every transaction,” said Paul Roder, Co-Chair of Moses Singer’s Banking and Finance practice group. “His depth of experience across complex financing structures has made him an integral part of our department and a trusted advisor to our clients. We are fortunate to have his leadership and expertise helping to drive the continued growth of our practice.”
