Moses & Singer represents ABN AMRO's Digital Impact Fund in venture investment
MSI's New York City law member Moses & Singer LLP represented ABN AMRO Group NV’s Digital Impact Fund in its recent investment in Cloud Lending Solutions, a Silicon Valley based fin-tech company.
The Digital Impact Fund is a corporate venture fund focusing on strategic investments in companies that facilitate the digital transformation of ABN AMRO Bank and its clients. Moses & Singer partner Allan Grauberd assisted the Digital Impact Fund in structuring and negotiating the transaction.
