MSI's NYC law member Moses & Singer is pleased to announce that Viviane Eisenberg is joining the firm as Of Counsel. Viviane is a respected media and entertainment lawyer with more than 30 years of success building one of the world’s best-loved entertainment brands.
At HBO, she provided strategic leadership for original programming, sports programming, film acquisition, branding and marketing, global distribution and home entertainment. Viviane was at the forefront of major transactions and business models for emerging distribution channels. She also delivered IP strategies for entry into profitable new business areas.
At Moses & Singer, she will join the Entertainment/Media and Technology/Intellectual Property practice groups to advise clients requiring competitive solutions for the evolving global media and entertainment sector.
