Moses & Singer's corporate group successfully represents Arteric
MSI's NYC law member Moses & Singer's Corporate Group successfully leads Arteric in digital health marketing transaction.
Moses & Singer represented Cyber X Designs LLC, d/b/a Arteric, a digital healthcare marketing agency, in its sale to Relevate Health Group, a data-driven marketing products and services communications firm and a portfolio company of Mountaingate Capital.
The combined entity will offer digital marketing services in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare markets. Jeffrey M. Davis, Co-Chair of the firm's Corporate Department, Michelle Cox and Manti Daya Bean assisted in all aspects of the negotiations of this transaction, working directly with Arteric’s management team.
