MSI Future Leaders Programme 2021 hailed a great success

Congratulations to all MSI Future Leaders who completed our one-year MSI Future Leaders Programme in 2021. The four-part professional development and training programme for senior associates and junior partners at MSI member firms, started as an online course in March and and concluded in December 2021.

The programme was open to future leaders in the eastern and western hemisphere and was attended by 54 participants from 14 countries. The main sessions were facilitated by professional coach and trainer, Dr. Sharon Abrahams (Legal Talent Advisors). Additionally, the future leaders met in between virtual meetings to compare notes, ask questions and network among themselves. Topics for the programme included:

Business Development in the “new normal”
Practice Management skills to reach the next level
Three tools used by effective leaders in the hybrid workplace
Public Speaking

Thank you to our participants and to the firms that supported their engagement. Our follow up survey results gave the programme high marks for learning, professional development and creating camaraderie among firms’ future leaders. We hope that you will share your key learnings from the programme with your firm colleagues.
