MSI Global Alliance appoints accounting member in Lithuania

Noewe becomes exclusive accounting member alongside its existing law membership.

MSI Global Alliance (MSI), a leading international association of independent legal and accounting firms, has appointed Noewe as its exclusive accounting member firm in Lithuania, effective 1 September 2026.

Noewe already serves as MSI's exclusive law member in Lithuania and will now represent the association across both disciplines. Alongside its legal practice, Noewe advises on finance & accounting, tax, financial planning and business consulting, as well as asset and wealth management. The firm’s team of over 50 professionals works with domestic and international clients.

Based in Vilnius, Noewe is well established in Lithuania and frequently ranked as one of the country's top-tier practices by leading directories.

Monika Smigelskaite, Head of Finance and Accounting at Noewe, said, “We are delighted to expand Noewe’s membership in MSI. As an integrated professional services provider, Noewe brings together a broad range of expertise under one roof, enabling us to support clients with a more comprehensive and connected approach.

Our accounting practice is AI-native, with a significant share of our operations automated or supported by AI agents. This allows us to deliver high-quality, efficient accounting services enriched with deeper analytical insights that can support better management decision-making, while remaining competitively priced. We believe this expanded offering will make Noewe an even more valuable partner to the MSI community and its clients.”

Kate Holroyd Smith, MSI's Director of Member Development EMEA, said, “Noewe has been an excellent partner since joining MSI as our law member firm. Clients find it increasingly helpful to find advisers who handle everything under one roof. We are delighted that Noewe now offers multi-disciplinary professional services. This gives our members and their clients a complete service for referrals in and out of Lithuania and supports the growing business activity across the Baltic region.”
