MSI Global Alliance appoints Interim CEO
MSI Global Alliance (MSI), a leading international association of independent legal and accounting firms, today announced that Pauline Javani will take on the role of Interim CEO with effect from 1 July 2026.
Pauline Javani is well known across MSI, having served as Director of Member Development for the Asia Pacific region for almost four years. In this role, she has been responsible for supporting member collaboration and growth across the region, working closely with member firms and the MSI Secretariat team.
She steps into the Interim CEO role with a clear understanding of MSI, its members and the strategic priorities, backed by a strong and focused Secretariat team.
The appointment follows a period of change within MSI's leadership team. The MSI Board is committed to ensuring continuity and stability for members throughout this transition and is confident that Pauline's experience and extensive knowledge of the association make her well placed to lead MSI during this next period.
Jeremy Beard, Director of the MSI Board, said, "Pauline knows our members and our association very well, and the Board has every confidence in her abilities to lead MSI through this period. Our priority is continuity, and members can expect the same level of support, collaboration, and opportunity they have always had from MSI. We look forward to working closely with Pauline in the months ahead."
MSI's Secretariat team continues to operate as normal, supporting members worldwide with their day-to-day needs, running planned events, and progressing existing projects as usual.
