MSI Global Alliance appoints new member firms in Kenya, Singapore and the US

MSI Global Alliance (MSI), one of the world’s leading international associations of independent legal and accounting firms, is delighted to welcome three new member firms to the association.

Amit Gadhia Advocate joins MSI as its representative legal member firm in Nairobi, Kenya. The firm provides client focussed legal services covering a wide range of data protection and privacy services for businesses and organisations. It also offers business documentation, company secretarial work and will writing services. Singapore-based law firm Tito Isaac & Co LLP joins MSI with 9 partners and a team of over 60 staff. Established in 1999, the firm handles all areas of commercial law as well as dispute and transactions matters serving individuals, companies, government agencies and financial institutions in Singapore and globally. Also joining MSI is trade law specialist firm, Diaz Trade Law based in Miami, Florida. As the go-to experts on customs and international trade law, the firm’s team of attorneys assists clients with the multitude of U.S. federal laws and regulations regarding import and export, US customs enforcement, intellectual property laws and government agencies’ regulations.
