Founded in 2009, Berger McDermott LLP is a nationally-recognised law firm that provides a broad range of legal services in the practice areas of litigation, commercial real estate and business transactions as well as IP and alternative dispute resolution.

The firm’s attorneys have extensive experience in rendering advice and legal opinions in a wide variety of transactions involving partnerships, limited liability companies, and statutory trusts, including investment fund, joint venture and structured finance transactions.
