MSI's Massachusetts law member Bowditch & Dewey, LLP and MSI's Paris-based law member Schmidt Brunet Litzler assisted the American company Web Industries Inc. in acquiring French companies Omega Systèmes Atlantique and Omega Systèmes Aquitaine.
The sale was concluded between Web Industries International Holding Company (Web Industries Inc.’s wholly-owned subsidiary) and Omega Systèmes (Atlantique and Aquitaine’s parent company). Web Industries is an advanced materials manufacturer, including high-performance composites used in the aerospace, defence and industrial markets. Omega Systèmes Atlantique and Omega Systèmes Aquitaine are specialised in formatting advanced materials for aeronautical, defence and industrial applications at their Bordeaux and Nantes production sites.
