Myerson announces new Director of People and Culture

MSI's Northern UK law member Myerson Solicitors is pleased to announce the promotion of Jordanna Reynolds to the role of People Director, heading up the People and Culture team.

Jordanna's journey with the firm began in 2016 when she joined as the Human Resources Manager, and she has since demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise in the field of human resources.

In her new role, Jordanna will lead the firm's people agenda, taking on strategic oversight of human resources and playing a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's culture and talent management initiatives. Her responsibilities encompass reward and recognition, learning and development, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement, resourcing, and people analytics.

Jordanna brings a wealth of experience to her position, having previously held generalist HR roles within the property and recruitment sectors. Her diverse background and expertise make her a valuable asset to Myerson Solicitors as the firm continues to grow and evolve.

Jordanna Reynolds holds a Level 7 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and she earned her BSc in Human Communication Science from Sheffield University in 2012. She furthered her education with an MSc in Human Resource Management from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2014, demonstrating her commitment to staying at the forefront of her field.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jordanna is an active member of the UK200 Groups’ People & Development Taskforce, an esteemed network of independent chartered accountants and law firms with global connections, all working to 'build a better together.'
