MSI's Marseille law member firm, Nova Partners, announces the arrival of Loïc-Emmanuel Pellegrino as a partner in the corporate finance department.
Loïc has previously worked as an associate at Bignon Lebray and as a partner at Aklea before co-founding Axten. He has been working for over 15 years in corporate, private equity, M&A and financing in particular for major groups and investment funds and has developed an expertise on cross-border deals.
In recent years, he intervened on the sale of Impika to the American group Xerox, on all the equity capital transactions of Inside Secure, pre and post IPO and on the Cogepart OBO.
Loïc will co-head the corporate/finance department, which comprises 8 lawyers/legal counsels, including two partners, in order to consolidate Nova Partners’ position on the smid-cap market in financing, corporate, private equity and M&A and especially on cross borders transactions.
He graduated with a DEA in business law from the Business Law Institute of Aix en Provence.
